Wine Club Policies

Wine Club Members agree to a one year minimum membership term.

After one full year, memberships may be cancelled any time, in writing or by using our form below, prior to the processing of the next club selection. It is the responsibility of the member to cancel prior to the processing of payment. Paid club selections will not be refunded.

All club selections must be purchased to maintain an active club membership and enjoy club benefits.

Chateau Club selections must be paid in full within two weeks following the club release. If payment has not been received within two weeks, the membership will be closed and the space released to the next person on the wait list.

It is the wine club member’s responsibility to maintain updated account information including credit card information, email address, phone number and shipping address.

Wine club benefits are exclusive to club members. Benefits are not transferrable and the club member must be present to use any club benefits, including complimentary tastings.

Estate Club and Cellar Club selections are pre-selected and are not customizable.

Selections may be picked up at our Woodinville Tasting Room or shipped via UPS.

A person 21 years or older must be present to sign for shipped selections.

To ensure the quality of your wines we reserve the right to hold shipments due to weather conditions at our discretion. Club members may opt to upgrade their shipping at an additional shipping charge.

Please watch email address on file for shipping information and change deadlines. UPS redirect, recall and re-ship fees will apply to changes made past the deadline.
