Dear Wine Club Member,

The State of California requires companies offering subscription services to acquire acknowldegment and acceptance of membership terms from residents of California. We are working hard to stay in compliance with these state-specific regulations and we appreciate your help and your continued support!

*By agreeing to the subscription terms of DeLille Cellars’ Wine Club, you acknowledge that you will be automatically charged at the time of each wine club release, which includes a selection of bottles of wine, giving DeLille Cellars authorization to process your credit card or other payment method on file for the amount of each wine club release. The amount processed may vary based on each wine release selection and your selected club membership level. You agree that your subscription will be subject to automatic renewal unless you cancel your subscription prior to the release date. DeLille Cellars will notify the member of the release date and amount to be charged to their credit card, via email approximately two weeks prior to the release date. It is the member’s responsibility to supply DeLille Cellars with a preferred valid email address for wine club communication. After one full year, memberships may be cancelled, at any time, by emailing wineclub@delillecellars.com prior to the processing of the next club release. It is the responsibility of the member to cancel the membership prior to the processing of payment. I AGREE to the terms and conditions
