Vineyard Notes
Ciel du Cheval was established in 1975 and has been providing grapes to some of the state’s finest wineries including DeLille. The vineyard has a reputation for growing red wines grapes that have intense character and dense but supple tannins.
Production Notes
Full cluster pressed, cold settled for 48 hours before fermentation. 15% neutral French oak fermented.
