Bing cherry and cranberry lead to a bouquet of dried lavender, creme de cassis and fresh Yakima Valley hops. The combination of 56% of the blend being Cabernet Franc, and the more restrained expression offered by the 2019 vintage, provides an old-school feel, with solid tannins and an herbal edge balanced by the plush, round feel of Merlot. Give a lengthy decant or cellar for 10+ years.
