D2 is sourced from 15 Columbia Valley Vineyards including Red Willow, Harrison Hill, Ciel du Cheval, Klipsun, Boushey, DuBrul, Upchurch and Grand Ciel.
Production Notes
Cold soaked 24-36 hours, fermented 12-14 days on skin, and aged 18 months in 100% French oak (55% new)
Food Pairing Notes
D2, a Merlot heavy red blend, pairs wonderfully with anything BBQ, flank steak, bison, and lighter meats such as chicken. Asian-inspired foods that have vinegar, sweet chili, or garlic-based sauces also compliment the wine.
