A beautiful Merlot, the 2015 Merlot offers classic notes of black cherries, dark chocolate and roasted herbs in a supple, full-bodied, sexy, rounded style. It picks up some graphite and licorice with time in the glass, has present tannin and a great mid-palate.

Production Notes
Cold soaked for 24-36 hours. Fermented on skin 12-14 days. Individual lot aged separately for 12 months before barrel selected for the blend, followed by 6 months additional aging prior to bottling. 60% new French oak. 14.3% alcohol.
