2015 Maison DeLille

RED MOUNTAIN AVA

All of our grapes are hand-picked from some of the oldest and most respected vineyards in Washington State.  We hand sort before crushing and use only the very best clusters.  Each of these lots is a respected wine in its own right, yet during our blending trials, some lots may not be just right for one of our twelve core wines.  In this case we chose to marry three such lots of Syrah, Malbec, and Cabernet Sauvignon from the acclaimed Red Mountain AVA to create a MAISON, or “house” wine for DeLille Cellars.  Maison DeLille showcases the phenomenal Bordeaux-style and Rhone-style varietals of Washington and is an “old world meets new world” wine crafted to be enjoyed with food, family, and friends in celebration.

The "house" depicted on the front of our Maison DeLille pays homage to our original founding Chateau in Woodinville, WA.  Today, DeLille Cellars is located at the old Redhook Brewery in Woodinville, the site of all our winemaking operations and new three-story tasting room.
